Esta es la conclusi\u00f3n que demuestra el v\u00eddeo #LibertadJordis publicado por la entidad, que replica as\u00ed la acusaci\u00f3n de sedici\u00f3n del presidente de \u00d2mnium, que lleva 2 semanas en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por orden de la Audiencia Nacional al lado del presidente de la ANC, Jordi S\u00e0nchez.<\/p>\n<p>\tEl material audiovisual muestra como tanto Cuixart como Jordi S\u00e1nchez hicieron constantes llamamientos a la movilizaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica durante la concentraci\u00f3n ante la conselleria d\u2019Economia, una concentraci\u00f3n de protesta convocada por distintas organizaciones tras la detenci\u00f3n de 15 trabajadores y pol\u00edticos de la Generalitat. El v\u00eddeo se puede ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0qOq80bszdc.\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\t<iframe allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0qOq80bszdc\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\tGran cantidad de material gr\u00e1fico ya ha sido aportado a la Audiencia Nacional como parte del recurso de la defensa del presidente de \u00d2mnium Cultural, Jordi Cuixart, contra la orden de prisi\u00f3n preventiva dictada por la Audiencia Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>\tLas pruebas gr\u00e1ficas aportadas en el recurso replican distintas acusaciones y dejan claro que Cuixart y S\u00e1nchez:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Pidieron respeto hacia los Mossos de Esquadra y los integrantes de los cuerpos de seguridad del Estado<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Pidieron aislar cualquier persona violenta<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Desde el mediod\u00eda dejaron claro que la movilizaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica finalizaba a las 12 h de la medianoche.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, la movilizaci\u00f3n que tuvo lugar delante de la conselleria d\u2019Economia de Barcelona el pasado 20 de septiembre fue convocada por muchas entidades y, por lo tanto, la protesta se engloba en un movimiento social amplio.<\/p>\n<p>\tNo existe riesgo de reiteraci\u00f3n delictiva ni riesgo de destrucci\u00f3n de pruebas. El riesgo de fuga no est\u00e1 justificado. Los dos presidentes tienen trabajo y domicilio justificado. He has been in custody for 2 weeks by order of the Audiencia Nacional, a special and exceptional high court, alongside Jordi S\u00e0nchez, president of the ANC (the Catalan National Assembly).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin-top: 10pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8b6a79e5-7377-4fda-d84c-f8dedd008666\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">The audiovisual material shows how both Cuixart and Jordi S\u00e1nchez made <\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 700; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">constant appeals for peaceful<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 700; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">protest <\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">during the rally outside the Catalan Ministry of Economy; this rally was called by different organisations following the arrest of 15 political leaders and employees of the Generalitat. There are no grounds for alleging a risk of escape. The two presidents have jobs and a confirmed address. In fact, these same arguments led the judge to reject the risk of flight in the case of the other two people investigated (the Intendant and the Major of the Mossos d&#8217;Esquadra) so the principle of equality should be applied.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin-top: 10pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8b6a79e5-7377-4fda-d84c-f8dedd008666\"><span style=\"vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">It must be clear that to accuse the two Jordis of sedition is an attack on their freedom of expression. And their preventive imprisonment puts civil and political rights in
