Cendr\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl Cavaller Flo\u00efd\u00bb, la biografia apassionant de J.B.Cendr\u00f3s (Barcelona, 1916-1986), sobre l\u2019empresari del popular Flo\u00efd (el pioner dels \u00abafter-shave\u00bb). En J.B. Cendr\u00f3s \u00e9s un dels mecenes i activistes culturals m\u00e9s importants que ha donat Catalunya. La implicaci\u00f3 arriscada i personal de J.B.Cendr\u00f3s, un dels cinc empresaris fundadors d\u2019\u00d2mnium Cultural (1960), i la seva resili\u00e8ncia quan es tractava de la defensa de la cultura catalana, va permetre sota el franquisme la represa i el finan\u00e7ament directe d\u2019institucions clau com l\u2019Institut d\u2019Estudis Catalans, la recuperaci\u00f3 d\u2019Edicions Proa el 1964 o de l\u2019Editorial Aym\u00e0. Descobridor del talent de creadors com Terenci Moix, Cendr\u00f3s fou promotor del Premi Sant Jordi (1959) i de la tradicional Nit de Santa Ll\u00facia, es va implicar en la Nova Can\u00e7\u00f3, en la creaci\u00f3 de la Gran Enciclop\u00e8dia Catalana, en Banca Catalana, en el Premi d\u2019Honor de les Lletres Catalanes i en una llista inacabable d\u2019accions que han fet de Catalunya el pa\u00eds que \u00e9s avui. La hist\u00f2ria desconeguda d\u2019un home que, per sobre de tot, creia en el seu pa\u00eds i la seva gent.<\/p>\n<p>Presentar\u00e0 l&#8217;acte l&#8217;historiador Josep Maria Figueres, i constar\u00e0 d&#8217;una conversa amb en Gen\u00eds Sinca, l&#8217;autor de llibre, i la Laura Cendr\u00f3s, la filla del biografiat.
