Òmnium Cultural has 90 people in its staff who work in the National Headquarters in Barcelona, and has 44 branch offices throughout the country. 

The professionals are organized in several work areas: communication, finance, territorial network, projects and presidency.

The staff and volunteers work together to accomplish the goals of the organization.
