Òmnium organises a cultural event on a big avenue every year since 2012, open to everybody, to celebrate the Day of Catalonia, gathering hundreds of organisations that can show their activities related with culture and education: literature, scouting, gastronomy and creative activities that include live music concerts and cultural events. Also, Omnium co-organises a massive peaceful demonstration that gathers thousands of people in a peaceful, cheerful rally. The most attended editions had more than 1,5 million participants, that is, around 20% of Catalonia’s total population.
